Bettendorf, Iowa – May 16, 2018 – TBK Bank, SSB (“TBK Bank”) announced today that it will begin fully operating its Midwest division, Triumph Community Bank, under the TBK Bank brand in July of 2018.
“Current customers of Triumph Community Bank will not be required to take any action as a result of the rebranding,” said John DeDoncker, EVP and Senior Banking Officer for the Midwest Division of TBK Bank. “Their current checks, debit and credit cards, online banking, bill payment services and PIN numbers will work as they always have. When someone visits our branch, they will be greeted by the same friendly staff they’ve come to know. Above all, we will continue to be community-centered, focused on meeting the credit and deposit needs of the communities we serve.”
Earlier this year, TBK Bank announced the naming rights for the TBK Bank Sports Complex, located at the northeast corner of Middle Road and Forest Grove in Bettendorf, Iowa. The bank will also continue with its 17th year as presenting sponsor of the TBK Bank Quad Cities Marathon.
“When we launched Triumph Community Bank in 2014, we had 18 branches across Illinois and Eastern Iowa,” said Aaron P. Graft, chief executive officer of TBK Bank. “While we officially changed the name of the bank to TBK Bank, SSB in October 2015, we continued to operate our Midwest branches under the Triumph Community Bank name. With 53 branches across Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Texas today, we feel that creating consistency across all of our branches will allow us to better serve our customers regardless of their location.”
The bank’s Midwest branch locations will begin seeing updates to signage, ATMs and marketing materials in June. The name is expected to fully convert to TBK Bank by July. The bank’s current website, https://www.bankwithtriumph.com, will be merged into a redesigned website, https://tbkbank.com. Customers are encouraged to call or visit any of the bank’s branches if they have questions.
