TBK Bank Announces 2023 TBK Scholars Program Recipients

Fifteen hard-working students awarded $1,000 scholarships

June 14, 2023 – DALLAS, Texas – TBK Bank, SSB announced today the recipients of its 2023 TBK Scholars Program. Fifteen deserving students were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship to support their respective college educations in honor of their commitment to making a difference in their communities.

2023 TBK Scholars:

  • Alexa Nelson of Karval Public School in Karval, Colo. will be attending Colorado State University.
  • Brayden Tate of Longmont High School in Longmont, Colo. will be attending Colorado State University.
  • Brenden Reifschneider of Eads High School in Eads, Colo. will be attending The University of Kansas.
  • Chloe Johnson of Campo High School in Campo, Colo. will be attending Lamar Community College.
  • Danielle Cass of McClave High School in McClave, Colo. will be attending Trinidad Sate College.
  • Elleighana Dunn of Bettendorf High School in Bettendorf, Iowa will be attending The University of Iowa.
  • Emma Foster of Milledgeville High School in Milledgeville, Ill. will be attending Sauk Valley Community College.
  • Emma Hanagan of Swink High School in Swink, Colo. will be attending Colorado State University-Pueblo.
  • Haley Scofield of Swink High School in Swink, Colo. will be attending Texas Tech University.
  • Isabella Pena of Milledgeville High School in Milledgeville, Ill. will be attending Illinois State University.
  • Katherine Eggemeyer of Morrison High School ub Morrison, Ill. will be attending Sauk Valley Community College.
  • Maggie Cook-Wilson of Lamar High School in Lamar, Colo. will be attending Texas Tech University.
  • Thomas Potter of The University of Texas – Austin High School in Austin will be attending The University of Michigan.
  • Tsegaab Garedew of Emmett J. Conrad High School in Dallas, Texas will be attending Texas State University.
  • Zachary Pauley of Milledgeville High School in Milledgeville, Ill. will be attending The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
